Hawaii 2009

Here we are on our way!!! This was such a fun trip, and I've seriously posted so many pictures. You may just feel like you were there with us!
I'll probably even post more later when I develope the under water camera!


Our first stop was Maui, we only spent a day there but it was beautiful. And so So much fun.

We arrived a few days before Howard and Mary, this is after we picked them up from the airport. I think they enjoyed themselves...

Here's Elisa's school, it's located in the mountains and it was beautiful. Richard and I got a couples massage by Elisa and Amber here, it was the best. Doors and windows open with a small breeze with all the lush trees and music.... couldn't have asked for more.

Hawaiian Luau!!!!
This was so fun! Howard and Mary bought me a ticket to the Luau for my birthday. I was SO excited! You can't go to Hawaii without going to a Luau!

We stopped and took a picture here, I'm not sure where we are. But there was a sweet rainbow you can kinda see in the bottom right cornerish.

Ke'e Beach. We snorkeled here a bunch, there were so many fish. I'll have to post the pictures when I develope the under water camera. We also saw turtles, dolphin and monk seals!

Poipu Beach again. There are 2 monk seals here that are roped off because they're endangered. You may notice the hat there on the left, that's Mary's hat. It blew off and landed right there. It was pretty funny.

I think the seal had an itch, I was trying to get him rubbing his face. SO CUTE!

Hawaii time is crazy! I would fall asleep at 10 and wake up at 6, that's not what you do on vacation!!! Richard was really tired this night too, what a cutie. Doesn't he look so sweet and innocent?!

One of our last nights Richard and I decided to take a night and go out a lone. It was fun even though my face may not portray so...

We saw these lizards in a trash can, it was so weird. There were like eating each others face... I had to take and picture.

Happy Birthday to ME!!!!!

Yummy cake thanks to Nique..... Seriously this really is the best cake, she got it for me last year too. We had some with her, then ate the rest of it at 4 am.

We had a get together with some friends the Saturday before my day (which is June 1st).....

Then on my actual day we went and ate at Takashi, it was delicious. Richard doesn't like sushi that much so I love when my birthday comes around cause then I don't have to drag him to eat, he just comes!

I got the TNT roll and convinced Richard to try it, he reached over to dip the sushi in my soy sauce and dropped it. Soy sauce all over me, this picture doesn't do it justice because it was all over my sleeves as well. Luckily I got it out. It was pretty funny.

Here I am modeling some birthday stuff! That swimsuit and snorkel gear came in mighty handy while we were in HAWAII!!!!! Look at Carlos looking at me, he was wondering what was on my feet.
I CAN'T WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Memorial Day

We went up to the Noels for a BBQ for Memorial Day and whenever we go to their place we always end up playing soccer too. Richard's, well I guess my nieces now too, always ask us to play. They're really good and I'm always so tired after, they seriously kick my butt. They're so cute. But above is Max and Scotty playing in the flowers, they're so funny when they get together. We also played "Red rover, red rover" I didn't play because I was taking pictures, at least that's what I told them. I really wasn't playing because I was so tired from the 3 soccer games we played right before. Like Red Rover is hard, right? Whatev.

I have lots to post, I've been out of it for several weeks......

If you can't tell that's Carlos in my pink bag above. He likes to go on bike rides with me and he'll just sit in that little bag and be as happy as a clam. We went kinda late which is why I'm wearing my head lamp. SAFETY FIRST!!

On the way home, the hill up to our house is way too big, so we walk our bikes and let Carlos down, he loves it.
